Join Stephanie of Raven Wisdom every second and fourth Sunday from 12:00-1:30 for Community Yoga.
In this beginner friendly 90 min class, we will be practicing Pranayama breath work, Asana physical postures and restorative meditation practices to help ground, center and align mind, body and spirit. Stephanie will be bringing her in-depth metaphysical knowledge along with mantra and mudra practices to help empower your spiritual practice with a physical embodied practice.
Attendees will need to bring a yoga mat and any other equipment they would like to assist their practice. Yoga blocks, straps, and a bolster (or pillow) are recommended but not required.
All bodies, of all physical range of movement, all genders, and all walk of life are welcome to Community Yoga.
