Energy Healing Services
Thank you for considering me to be apart of your healing journey! I am very excited to be offering my Energy Healing Services again and with more to offer. With over 15 years experience of Energy Healing, I am a certified level 3 Reiki Master of the Usui Tradition. My style of healing is a blend of Usui Reiki and Galdr, the Nordic and Germanic tradition of singing and toning different sound frequencies. During my sessions I sing different Runic and Reiki symbols as well as other words of power to aid in your healing. I also include singing bowls, aromatherapy, breathwork, Chinese medicine techniques, and more. My focus for my practice is to help my clients release, clear, cleanse, revitalize, and of course heal. We set intentions at the start of each healing ceremony whether that be for healing the body physically, emotionally, or spiritually - it is my role as your healer to help you manifest what it is you are looking to transform in your life.

Anxiety Clearing
In this session, we target Stress and Anxiety to quickly and efficiently clear and calm the mind. Unlike my other Energy Healing Services, this session is intended to be a shorter session that you do not even need to leave your chair to do. We focus on the upper chakras to clear, cleanse and relieve the mind of Stress and Anxiety. This session is also intended to be a great entry experience for Energy Healing.

Reiki, Runic & Sound Energy Healing
Blending Reiki, Galdr, and Sound Therapy together, I help my clients release, clear, cleanse, revitalize, and transform their lives. This service is great for those who are looking for clearing and healing. Intentions are set at the beginning of each session to focus on release, physical health, emotional health, or whatever it is you are needing.

60 min Session - $135
Personalized Galdr healing
Not able to attend Wyrd Wanderings but would like to recieve the healing and benefits of Runic healing? By popular demand, I am not offering one on one personalized sessions of this popular meditation group. We will pull three runes at the start of the session, discuss their meanings and then you will be lead into meditation while you are sound bathed by Galdr of the three runes pulled for the session. Every session will be unique and different based on what you are needing help with and what runes are pulled. Not recommended if you are sensitive to loud noises.
45 min Session - $75
Drumming Energy Clearing
Not sure about Reiki or other forms of energy healing, but really love drumming? Enjoy a personal session of drum sound bath to help clear and revitalize your mind, body and spirit. This session is less focused on setting intentions for physical, spiritual or emotional healing and simply enjoying feeling the sensations of drumming over the body. Great for helping with meditation, grounding, centering and clearing out a busy over active mind.

Personalized Guided Meditation
Meditation is widely recommended by spiritual leaders, healers and workers, but is a skill that needs time to practice, cultivate and master. If you struggle with meditation, need help focusing on a specific intention for journeying, or could use help getting deeper into the meditative state, I offer the space to assist you on your journey. Every session is personalized and custom for your needs and intention for what you are wanting to accomplish. All are welcome to book no matter your experience with meditation.

Past life regression
Have you ever wanted to know about your past lives? Ever felt like some of the connections in your life go deeper? Having difficulty cutting certain people out of your life and are unsure why? A Past Life Regression can help empower you to know more about your Soul Ancestry and how it can help or challenge us in our day to day lives. I will help guide you back through time to your different past lives in a guided meditation and help re-integrate them into your current life path for wisdom, healing, and spiritual growth. We can work with past lives you are already aware of that you are needing help with to understand or gain more clarity or I can work with your guides as they show us which lives need healing and integration. We can start at the origin of your soul or work back in time from your most recent past lives. This service differs from my Past Life Reading in that the focus in re-integration of your past lives, while the reading is focused on understanding who they are.

Soul Retrieval
Often talked about, rarely explained, a Soul Retrieval is the process of energetically reconnection one’s self with part of the soul that have been lost or fragmented due to stress, traumatic experiences, bad relationships, childhood trauma, and more. If you’ve ever wondered why it’s been difficult for your to let situations or memories go no matter how much inner work you have done? It might just mean that part of your soul is still trapped in that moment and needs help finding its way back to you. In a Soul Retrieval Session we can focus on a specific situation, memory, or we can allow your guides to show what needs to be drawn back into your energetic body for healing and integration. Similar to my Reiki, Runic and Sound Energy healing, but with a very different focus and intentions.

Tea Ceremony
Honoring the ancient Chinese tradition, this healing session focuses on healing, clearing, and purifying both the participants and the ancestors through the living art of Tea Ceremony. Using imported Chinese Green Tea, we taste, breath, and revitalize the soul with Tea. This ceremony can be done individually or with a group of up to four participants. Each time we partake, we honor and share stories of our beloved ancestors, the divine, and our spiritual paths. We also invite our Gods, Guides, and Ancestors to pass along any messages or healing they would like to share in this sacred ceremony.
