Walk-Ins are taken on a first come, first serve basis. If my door is open, I am available for Walk-Ins. If my door is closed, please do NOT knock. Also please do not wait in the hallway unless you have a scheduled appointment.

6/19/25 - No weekday yoga today! But I'll be back tomorrow (Friday) to finish the week! See you tomorrow!
6/11/25 - Community Yoga at CMG is canceled! Due to time and attendance, I made the difficult decision to cancel community Yoga at CMG. I am still offering community weekday yoga online Monday- Friday on a donation basis. Head over to events, to see all of my events and pop-up appearances!
6/6/25 - No Weekday Yoga today Friday 6/6! I'll be back 6/9 for my regular schedule of Weekday Yoga!
